I'm not in the obese bmi catagory I'm just overweight. Wow so proud of myself. I'm 5' 9" they say I should be 169. I think that is to small for me. I was 190 when I meet my husband 5 yrs ago so now I would like to be 180 which is 20 pounds away. Sound good or not??
