I'm having a sad day. I just wanted to hear from other members how they get through rough times? I am an emotional eater and the bottom line is I need to learn how to sit with my feelings and not binge eat my feelings away. This is my biggest obstacle. I would love to hear from others on this topic and how they manage it. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.
