OMG! I am 66 years old and I haven't had such good blood numbers in 15-20 years. Cholesterol and triglycerides and glucose way down. Everything is normal. I have lost 22 lbs over 3 years "dieting" and lost 7 lbs since coming to SP last June.

I credit SP for teaching me REAL nutrition and for getting me up off my bum and moving.
