There's a blogger named Phydia who needs some advice, if anyone can help

DW: I feel the same. I decided I was going to blog this time around - as a diary if nothing else. I try not to get whiny or ramble on. I want to keep them on the lighter side so I can keep my attitude in general on the lighter side.

I am not sure I love to blog, but I strangely seem to be compelled to think out loud on my journey and ramble around. If you happen upon my blog, I think you might read strange thoughts that sometimes don't make sense. It's like I am having a conversation with myself.
I am addicting to blogging.. I will write about everything and anything...
Whatever is going on at the moment or what I am thinking..I am not grammar correct or speller correct.. red lines are scary LOLOL
Whether or not people care about my blogs, I do it for me..
I treat it just like a dear diary LOL I just keep my major personal issues and problems out of it LOL, but I will use it for venting if I need to or if it contains things that will be related to my health.. and I really try to keep it to health, fitness or my randomness thoughts
I definitely enjoy reading other people's blogs. I like blogging as well though I'm not really good or profound at it. But It's enjoyable for me so I do it !

I use to blog here daily but than I slowed down little by little to about once a week then once a month now just occasionally. I do still read lots of blogs.
I find blogging to be beneficially when dieting. I am an emotional eater so blogging to vent or even whine helps get the negativity out of my system keeping me from eating. I also like to share good news and met goals and such. In fact, I wish I would get back into blogging again.

I love to blog, and I love following people who blog regularly. :) I have found it to be motivating and revealing, and I like to share lots of things about my life for accountability and inspiration.

Is anybody else obsessed with blogging? I always have random thoughts I want to share but I feel like I will annoy others by posting them to the message board. I have already written two blogs today and want to do another about something I was thinking of, but i'll wait until tomorrow :p
