I went out this morning to donate blood and rigth now I've finished my usual 30 min cardio workout without even getting out of breath!

I can't belive it!!!!! Not only are 14 kg gone for good but I'm feeling like I'm bursting with energy!

Getting in shape is fantastic, words can't describe it! So please, everyone reading this DON'T GIVE UP no matter how long the road is!!!!!! YOU WILL LOVE YOURSELF FOR DOING IT!!!!
