Hi! My name is Michelle and I want to start out by telling you what my motto "Live in the grey" means. For as long as I can remember, I have had a difficult time with moderation. I fluctuated between following a plan obsessively and dropping a lot of weight, or eating everything in sight and gaining it all back. I used to think (sometimes still do) that if I wasn't being perfectly diligent, why bother. I am really trying to shed that black or white thinking, and learn to live somewhere in the grey. It is going to be a hard habit to break.
