I am so interested in making the Black Bean Chicken recipe posted ny LOSER1231, but I have a question. Has anyone made it with a whole cut-up chicken. I would make the rice on the side and just make the chicken and sauce part in the crock-pot. I love chicken breast but the DH only likes leg parts, so I was thinking about cutting up an entire chicken and using it. Any thoughts??
