I'm contemplating the next two weeks. This weekend, we have a birthday weekend so frozen yogurt (pumpkin yogurt has 100 calories more than fat free chocolate/vanilla twist,), movie (hold the popcorn, please!), in-laws (try not to give into emotional eating-use the support group rather than grab a food!), restaurant meal (go to the lighter selection...fish tacos?), home triggers (bringing salad and veggie trays) and exercise in the morning. Cross your fingers and have a plan!
