My daughter will turn 33 next week. She doesn't need to lose weight but is trying to eat healthy and exercise. I want to bake her a healthier birthday cake. I was thinking of angel food cake with sugar free raspberry preservers spread on top and maybe a little fat free Cool Whip and a drizzle of dark chocolate. Would that be healthy enough or should I make some changes? I guess I'm looking for birthday cake ideas if this wouldn't be healthy enough...thanks!
