a smaller tummy is also built by what you eat. lean meats, whole grains, fruits and veggies help with that. strength training is also important.

We can't spot reduce the parts of our bodies we don't like. Our muscles draw their energy from the bloodstream, not the surrounding fat stores, so you can't do specific exercises to lose the belly. Losing weight in specific areas is about overall fat loss and body fat percentage.

A complete program will also include adequate full-body strength training. If you're doing only cardio, you will also be burning muscle as well as fat.

Cardio helps burn the fat of muscles but unfortunately we don't get to choose where our body burns fat from. I have the same problem and even have a six pack but still have love handles. The leaner our bodies are the more our muscles will show through. I have increased my cardio and hope it helps but I still do weights as well. I have heard caffeine makes belly fat worse but I have not wanted to give it up yet to see if it really helps!! I just keep a log and taking pictures to show myself I am making progress, I figure if I keep working at it it will eventually happen. Good Luck!

I gain almost all my weight in my stomach, like alot of women. I work out now at least 3 times a wk and love my body except for my ever remaining tummy and love handles. They are signifcantly smaller, but still not nice in a bikini.

Should I just do Cardio exclusivly now to achieve this?? Should I not be eating certain things?

I am not looking for a six pack, but just wanna feel good about wearing a bikini and tighter shirts. Aka dont want my tummy to jiggle when I walk in a bikini.
