That is wonderful. Keep up the great work.

The rabbit lost the race, but the turtle won because he was slow and kept moving.

Our century ride is next Saturday. We're resting up until then. Hopefully it will be a cool weather day!

How long do you have until your century ride?

Earlier in the summer, a friend and I signed up for a 50 mile bike ride. It was really hard, but we did it. Since then my husband and I signed up for a century ride (100 miles). Knowing how hard the 50 mile ride was, I wasn't sure if we could really do it, but was willing to give it a shot. We've been training all summer and just this week did a self-supported 50 mile ride and did 87 miles on a spin bike this morning. Woohoo! I've never ridden that far and I felt really pretty good. I even out-rode my hubby, who's been spinning several months longer than I have. Now I'm confident that we can finish the century ride. Yippee!
