This challenge is to ride your bike, whether it be outdoors, a stationary or a recumbent bike doesn't matter, just as long as you ride.
We all set our own goal distance and as we ride we add the miles on by copying and pasting the LAST post to change your own numbers.
This board has grown since the beginning and I've found so much support and encouragement from everyone. What a great bunch of riders we have, but there is always room for more. Interested? Read on.
Wanna join in? Just alphabetically add your name / #of miles you ride each time / total # of miles ridden during the month / miles left to your goal for the month.

Please be careful when copying and pasting so that we are sure we have the most recent miles and that everyone names are copied...please copy down to the Ride On and include it! I find the easiest way to be sure that you are getting the very last post is put this challenge in you Spark Favorites. Clicking on it from there always takes me to the top of the page and the last post there is.
