I do a cycle class every morning at the Y so that will be hard to do mileage.

You don't have to sign up, per se, all you have to do is set your biking goal (I've added your name into the list) So the last number is your goal. When you decide how many miles you think you can ride this month and set your goal then just start riding. When you ride you can then copy and past the LAST post with miles on it and adjust your numbers. The first number is the miles you ride on each ride / second number is the total miles you've ridden in the month / last number is your goal to complete. The middle number should up and the last number go down as you ride. I know it sounds a bit confusing at first and if you have any questions please feel free to ask...I'm here to help ;0) We're very happy to have you riding with us. ....ride on.....kath / kamel622
Please be careful when copying and pasting so that we are sure we have the most recent miles and that everyone names are copied...please copy down to the Ride On and include it! I find the easiest way to be sure that you are getting the very last post is put this challenge in you Spark Favorites. Clicking on it from there always takes me to the top of the page and the last post there is.
