I use to always workout with Tae-bo. I would also consider it low impact but that never stopped me from seeing results. I would workout every morning and I just did the 30 minute workout with a good diet. Your abs are working through the entire workout.

He is low impact, but he keeps your heart rate up really well. He is a good workout for people who aren't as developed in their cardio and fitness. I started off with him when I began my weight loss journey. I always got a great workout, and I found him fun and motivating.

I watched the video on YOUTUBE. It's primarily a "low impact" abdominal workout.
High impact aerobics exercises would be things like jump jacks, squat jumps, jumping up and down off a step, plyometrics, etc.
Depending on what your goals are, you don't have to do a high impact exercises to get a high intensity workout. try different things to see what works best for your needs and goals.
