I'm hoping someone can help me out a little with this. I just started doing the Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout for Xbox Kinect. It has worked for me in the past and figured it would be good to give it a try again.
I am fairly new here (been on the site for 3 weeks) but this is my first week doing a lot of exercise. I want to meet my weekly calorie burn goals (as set by SP based on my goal), but also noticed on a calendar that there are specific strength training days. My question is, how would I track the exercise I am doing in the game? I am not sure if anyone has done this or any of the Biggest Loser DVD's. Would I enter them as daily exercise just strictly calorie burn? If so, how would I meet my strength training exercises? Would I do situps, crunches, etc. as well as the 30 minute workout on the game?
Also, can anyone provide some examples of strength training exercises (other than situps or crunches)? I am no fitness buff LOL and my extent of exercising used to be just jumping on a treadmill.
