We are looking for people to join the Biggest Loser SPRING INTO ACTION challenge. 17 teams of 25 people each, compete in a 10 week challenge. We keep track of the biggest loser each week, track cardio and strength minutes, as well as have inter-team challenges.

Since the teams are small, it's a great way to meet new people and get support. Most teams have challenges going on within the team as well to help encourage their members.
