Regular food but smaller amounts. Might be a packet of oatmeal with fruit or or could be a cheese stick and crackers, or a piece of chicken... Snacks are healthy food to eat in between meals not treats. Many people think a treat and a snack are the same thing --they are wrong.

I have trouble eating everything that I am supposed to so I just eat what I can from my menu and spread it out over the whole day. e.g: If I am supposed to eat yoghurt for breakfast, I will save it for my AM snack
