I, too, had a better week for calorie range.. I only went over two days. But i didn;t make it to the gym I have a better plan for next week.

good 4 u Magie........I did better this week too. I am putting a pink heart on each day for a month on the calendar......reward to come at the end of the month........for eating healthier.

I had a better week foodwise also, but I didn't get in as much exercise as I did last week so we'll see what the scale has to say.
