I plan my week's food on Sundays and then prep it all. I track it with the food tracker each day.

I plan each day with spark and modify with what I actually eat.

I use the SP tracker. Love how it breaks down your calorie intake. Found out I wasn't eating enough protein.

I also us SP. I've become quite good about it - really helps me stay accountable.

I do like the SP tracker. I use the online version and have app on my phone, which I almost always have with me. No excuses to not track.

There are other sites out there, life MyFitnessPal, WW, and Livestrong and I have tried many of them. I honestly think SP gives the best nutritional information.

I use spark nutrition gets easier the more you use...for instance if there's a meal you eat regularly, save it on your nutrition tracker as a group...that way the next time you eat it you can just go to your saved group and pick it...

and when I make a batch I just enter the items as a as a group...delete for the day then select the select .25 or whatever part of the batch I'm eating that day...then can go back to the group and select whatever percentage I eat the next day...

I started writing down the food I ate them looking everything up. THAT TOOK A LOT OF TIME! and not constant.
Then I just across SPARKPEOPLE? No one told me about it. What a GOD spend. It broke every thing down for me. I finally know when I ate to much cholesterol. Calories was a surprise. I wasn't eating enough! I had to eat more to loose weight!

The App works great for me, I track everything as soon as I consume it, wherever I am, so I don't worry about missing anything.

I totally use the sparkpeople nutrition tracker. Not as much as I should, but I still use it more often than not.

I love and use the Spark People to record my nutrition. I also write down the calories of the food I ate and then the total calories for the day.

I use the tracker here, and the sparkpeople app on my phone. I put everything in ahead of time which makes it a lot easier.
