I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I've used the bathroom. I also do it nude. I do it daily because it keeps me motivated but I only count it on Saturdays. No matter when you weigh yourself, keep it consistent. Weigh yourself at the same time in the same conditions. So if you weigh yourself nude one day make sure to always weigh yourself nude. If you weigh yourself on Tuesday at 1:00 then make sure that's when you do it next time.
My weight loss journey restarted on 1/26/13 at 175.8 lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs.

Depends on if your meaning best time to get most accurate weight, or best time to keep motivation, lol. I say that because my weigh in day used to be Monday's, but I found that if I had a slip in the weekend the number on the scale would be disappointing to me. Sometimes I would be so caught up in that number that it would lead me to guilt, depression, and a downward spiral. So I changed it to Friday morning's, when I first wake up in my bra and panties. It is right before the weekend and it helps me keep myself in check on the weekends to see that number right before I go into one. Then if I do indulge, I have Monday - Thursday of workout's so that it isn't so bad. Not saying that slipping up all the time is okay, strictly coming from my own mental motivational stand point lol

I weigh myself first thing every morning. Well, right after I use the bathroom. I weigh on a Wii Fit Plus and I love seeing the graph line go down, even if it is just a few ounces, because it gives me the motivation to do well for the day.

I weigh every day before I eat anything. I record once a week on Wednesday's.

I usually do it in the morning on Wednesday before I eat anything. But I agree with the consistency statement. And I wouldn't do it more than once a week.

The best time to weigh yourself? I only weigh on the 1st of the month then I put the scale back in the closet until next month.

It doesn't matter. Most people weigh themselves after waking up in the morning and after going to the bathroom. It doesn't really matter when you do it, only that you weigh yourself consistently at the same time/under the same circumstances regardless of when that is. What matters is the difference, not the numbers themselves. :)

Weight is just a number and not the only indicator of Heath and fitness. Personally I weigh myself first thing in the morning because I am the lowest then. However, your best move is to be consistent. So weigh yourself at the same time on a regular basis for a true comparison. But don't get too caught up in the number...often there are many factors that can cause a weight difference of a few pounds.
