Recently started a new job. My schedule is M-F, I work a swing shift where I work 6-3 one day, 11-8 the next. My job is very physically demanding (I work in a VERY busy, fast paced hotel, very little down time) but in such a way that even though it burns calories it doesn't actually help me stay in shape. I want to continue exercising, but I'm afraid of wearing myself out in the mornings before I work on the late days, and I'm usually so tired by the time I get home on the early days that all I want to do is crash. Does anyone else have a schedule like this and if so how do you make it work?
