I would encourage lean protein foods and fruits and veggies.
If these binges happen often or are getting in the way of making progress to improve your health---I encourage you to work with an eating counselor/therapist. You may need to process "why" the binges occur, what are the triggers and other ways to deal with these situations instead of turning to food for the "fix"

or series of binges? :(
Had four very bad days in a row and I am ready to feel better again. To top things off I am sick (sinus infection) so my body needs to recover from illness as well. I know I need to be drinking lots of water, but are there any foods in particular I should nourish myself with that might help me feel better a little more quickly?
