I walk or stretch the muscles out with yoga. Works for me.

Both are great activities, but if I had to choose I would select walking as this will help increase blood flow to the working muscles which aids in muscle repair and recovery. Yoga is good for flexibility, but stretching does not necessarily speed up the recovery process.

Im a bit sore from a previous workout (weights), but still want to do something.
My plan is for a nice leasurly walk. What are your favourite thigns to do?
