The best choice I made in the past 24 may be saying "no" to going to eat at a place I know I will make bad decisions or overeat. It may be going for a walk or bike ride spontaneously with a friend or by myself.

Today, upon reflection, my best choice was to go to bed and get enough sleep, even though I wanted to wait up for my husband.
