To eat whole foods, organic when possible, grassfed meats, free range poultry & eggs, use only healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil, organic butter) - avoid (like the plague) sugar (and artificial sweeteners), hydrogenated fats, white flour, white pasta. Basically, it it wasn't food 100 years ago, don't eat it now!
