Stay positive and if you mess up don't wait for the next day change it the next minute! Don't hold it against yourself and everything will be fine!

Love yourself enough to let you be HUMAN and forgive yourself when you make less than perfect choices.

Don't do anything to lose weight that you can't sustain for the rest of your life.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

Don't give up.

To eat whole foods, organic when possible, grassfed meats, free range poultry & eggs, use only healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil, organic butter) - avoid (like the plague) sugar (and artificial sweeteners), hydrogenated fats, white flour, white pasta. Basically, it it wasn't food 100 years ago, don't eat it now!

When you mess up - REFLECT and make a PLAN to deal with it NEXT time because there will ALWAYS be a NEXT TIME.

Keep your BIG WHY in mind. Knowing why I am doing this health journey is the most important thing. It keeps me honest, it keeps me moving, it keeps me going.

Be mindful. (Choose nutrient rich clean unprocessed food and breath between bites)

Love yourself and be true to yourself. If you mess up, forgive yourself and move forward. Guilt over small this will sabotage you!

Focus on making today better, in whatever way you can. It's easy to keep saying that you'll do better tomorrow.

Weight loss is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. I had it reversed. It helped me to hear that you can't out exercise a bad diet.

Not to diet. :) Focus on making small changes that you can sustain for a lifetime, not short-term fad diets that only work for a little while.
