the FIRM is a great beginner - friendly workout series. That's what I started with, and sometimes I still miss it, even though I have outgrown them fitness-wise. I like Cathe Friedrich now.
They always have beginner modifications, and you can start without using weights or equipment and then start to add it in.

SP has a lot of great videos! They have some that give you 3 levels of workout for those who need a modification!
I truly enjoy their videos! I have done them a lot so I takes bits and pieces from different ones and make my own 60 min workout!

I'm new to SparkPeople+ just getting started on my new fitness/Health journey. It's been awhile since I've kept a regular fitness routine. I just started taking some Zumba classes which I LOVE, walking when I can & have started adding Videos to keep up @ home when I don't make it out.
I would LOVE to hear what some of you consider your favorite or the best BEGINNERS videos?
(preferable some that are simple, fun (dance/good tunes) or meditative).
