I didn't think it would be much of a workout but I have to say these ladies get you moving. I found myself giggling and enjoying myself with the dance moves. Granted I am not fit enough to jump like some moves seem to require (although they constantly say to work at your own pace) I kept moving. I think the more I do this the better I will get at it. Wow! Did I feel the burn in my calves! Fun to find a workout that doesn't feel like a workout. Yet it made me break a sweat.
