Personally I love dancing, years ago I use to do jazz, tap, and some ballet. Over the years I wanted to try out belly dancing, but I hesitated. Today I had the wonderful opportunity to try out my first lesson online (almost an hour). Afterwards I told myself, "Why did I hesitate doing this over the years???", I absolutely LOVED it! Not only was this fun, but I can't believe what a great workout it is! I started sweating within 10 minutes haha. You can definitely feel it in your legs, hips, belly, and arms. It basically targets almost everywhere in your body! In the end, I'am soooo gonna start doing this as part of my daily routine exercise, and even follow up with some good belly dance dvds. It's seriously addicting! who else likes belly dancing?!
