When I eat lots of different things---even if it's tiny portions of them---I'm satisfied with a lot smaller portions. For example, today's lunch was 1/4 oz of one cheese, 1/4 oz of another cheese, 1oz chicken breast, 1 kiwi, and 2 cups broccoli tossed with lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of tahini.
What helps you stay happy with smaller portions?
