exactly, and what I have found is that when I miss my classes its my excuse totally not to go to the gym at all just because "doing it yourself on the machines is boring" well I found my self sabotaging my work outs.. I can get an awesome work out with my kids or my fiance and dogs.. all I have to do is open my mouth other than just complaining ..ooooo.. I missed my class, I totally missed out, time for me to just chill and veggg.. ummm noooo sorry it doesn't work that way LOL
No more and I love those light bulb moments when something finally kicks in... Plus, Asking them to help, I get that extra special talking time with them I would not normal have, so it tends to be a great motivator as well

Awesome. I have gone by that belief myself for the last several years. I can't blame my schedule because I am the one who created it. I can't blame the weather or anything else. I am accountable only to myself no matter how much I may want to blame the outside forces

You can blame your hectic schedule or the kids for missing a class, but you definitely can't blame them for not doing something else workout related. With the plethora of at home videos, gyms that are open 24/7 and so much else that you can do, you can do it!
I watch the biggest loser and there was a lightbulb moment for me when one of the contests said something which hit me really hard...
He mentioned this (NOT WORD FOR WORD but my own way that I had to remember it)
YOU are the ONLY one that knows and that you are accountable for.. its not your significant other, friends or family BUT YOU...
YOU are the ONLY one who knows if you mess up on the diet, you are the ONLY one who decides whether or not you work out, you are the ONLY one that knows, so it is on YOU.
YOU are accountable for YOU...
So for me, I had the body media and that really made me accountable for me and it made me track and keep track of things.. but finding free apps on my phone (including pedometers, my fitness pal) I sold my arm band..I have to force myself to be accountable for the things I do. I can not blame my fiance, I can not blame my kids or my schedule if I can not get to the gym classes, but I can get to the gym other times since its 24-7 or I ask my fiance "hey, I missed my class can we go walking in the mall for a bit?"
