If the staff at a restaurant are being unprofessional, ask to speak to a manager. That'll cut down on the snark right quick.

I am currently on a low carb diet and find it quite enjoyable. My issue is, I am constantly getting nasty looks, shameful eyes, laughs, and snickers at my food choices when I'm out to eat. I would train staff to be accepting of different diets and needs, not to make fun of them.
