This is such a wonderful site for information, tools and support. My advice is to start with small changes over time and use the nutrition tracker. Reach out to the Spark teams you've joined to find like-minded people.

Newbie to Sparkpeople, not dieting. I have tried thousands of things to help me lose weight, and I am still searching for that healthy lifestyle. I am a little scared to begin again. I am happy with so many aspects of my life, but weight loss and physical fitness continue to be failures in my life.
