Hello and emoticon !! My name is Angela and I have been on this site since June 2012. Congratulations on taking your first steps to a brand new you and a new weight loss experience where you are supported by en entire community of like-minded people. This website is dedicated to helping people who want a healthier lifestyle including issues with eating healthy and exercising, as well as support forums where we talk about specific issues.

And you can do the 20 pounds. I did 50 in 8 months, so I know you can pull off 20. Just keep taking those tiny little steps. I feel so much stronger nowadays. :)

I joined SP many years ago. But now I'm back and making real, concrete choices to she'd some weight. Hopefully joining the 28 day bootcamp challenge will help meet off to a good start!! I have a lot of weight to lose, but taking a baby step approach and setting a realistic goal of 20 lbs. hopefully I'll achieve it and surpass it!!
