Hi, I use to do sparks about 7 years ago, I loss 20lbs now I am back because I gained all the weight back plus some. I have a ulcer plus some other health problems. I am only 27 and I don't want to die before I can live. So I a am back and this time I am not going to quit.

Hi everyone! I have been married for 18 years and I have three wonderful kids! I am beginning again and this is the time to do it. I am ready to be the woman I dream of being. I am over 40 and I want to be able to enjoy my life!! I have joined here for support and to offer support.
