5 pounds is a TREMENDOUS amount! And possibly too much to be healthy at your weight, although I suspect the "gain" was water retention. I know when I travel, I always have problems with that. But it's still a net loss to celebrate. Good for you. And I hope you enjoyed your vacation. I've always wanted to go to Maine.

Gained 2 lbs. from my beginning weight while on vacation in Maine. This morning my scales showed I'd lost the 2 lbs. along with another 3 lbs.! Five lbs. may not seem like much, but it's WHOO-HOO moments to me to see the numbers on the scale going DOWN, even in decimal points!
