There are a ton of resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. I've tracked everything since May 2011 and am 88 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it! I actually lost a total of 90 pounds, but I allow my weight to fluctuate a little bit while in maintenance, especially since I've gained muscle. I've maintained for about 9 months.

I'm finding it very easy, maybe because I'm determined to take this weight off finally after years of complaining about it, easy to do but... I've only been doing it for about 1 week. I hope I can stick with the program for a long time, seems like I give up after two weeks. I have already lost 3 lbs.
