There are a ton of resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. I've tracked everything since May 2011 and am 88 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it! I actually lost a total of 90 pounds, but I allow my weight to fluctuate a little bit while in maintenance, especially since I've gained muscle. I've maintained for about 9 months.
