They say the more you “Spark” the better you will do. Blogging is a great way to express yourself & let people know when you have success and even when you fail. It is good to have the support when you fail and receiving the WOOHOO’s when you succeed! Take advantage of all of the wonderful tools we have available to us on Spark People. Use the Nutrition Tracker. Many newbies are surprised to find out that they are actually eating too few calories. If you are not eating enough calories you will throw your body into Starvation Mode and slow down your weight loss.
