back to Spark People. Get involved with “ Sparking” as much as possible. Posting on the Message Boards or getting involved in the other Community features will help your reach your goals. They say the more you “Spark” the better you will do. Blogging is a great way to express yourself & let people know when you have success and even when you fail. It is good to have the support when you fail and receiving the WOOHOO’s when you succeed! Take advantage of all of the wonderful tools we have available to us on Spark People. Use the Nutrition Tracker. Many newbies are surprised to find out that they are actually eating too few calories. If you are not eating enough calories you will throw your body into Starvation Mode and slow down your weight loss.

Hello, I am Jennifer and have been apart of sparkpeople for a while. Off and on for I think almost 2 years. Never really got into the tracking and soon lost interest. I am at a point in my life where I am trying to keep organized and my life on track.. That is what has brought me back. I need to feel good about myself again. I am so happy with where my life is going and I want my weight to follow the direction my life is now going. I am a mother of 2. I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. I stay at home and care for other children at my house. I have been working on portion control and a well balanced diet. I welcome anyone who needs some motivation and who is good at motivating to please message me. I need the push quite often so be forwarned. But i am much better at motivating other then myself. I look forward to logging on here everyday in order to keep myself on track. Thanks and good luck to you all
