A quiet half hour when I can after a warm bath.. cup of tea, dog at my feet, cat on my lap... no electronics, just a good book.
That's the ideal.. sometimes it's more like hurrying up to fold laundry, grading one more set of papers, making tomorrow's lunches and getting the coffee maker set, walking the dog, cleaning up the cat's hairballs, sigh......

TV ,face, teeth grooming routine that helps to ease me into sleep. After a long workout using Sparkpeople I am more sleepy. I have not been eating so many snacks, heavy foods and no more caffeinated soda so going to sleep is a breeze. Thanks to the wonderful people at Sparkpeople!
