***Just wanted to take a moment and welcome you to Sparkpeople. Joining Sparkpeople is on of the best decisions I have made and I know you will love it as well.

***Try joining a spark team. The support and motivation that comes with belonging to a team will help you stay on track. This can be found under “Community”.

***Try using the nutritional tracker. It really makes it easier to stay within your daily nutritional goals. This can be found under “My Trackers”.

***Read the many success stories to help you stay focused and motivated. This can be found under “Community”.

***Be patient. This is a journey not a marathon. If you need support during your journey please feel free to email me anytime. I am more than happy to be your spark friend during your journey.

***Check out Challenge Central. ***Do exercises that you enjoy. Working out can be fun.

***Please feel free add me as a friend, and I'll do the same.

You can do this. Believe in yourself. You are worth this journey.

emoticon to SparkPeople and to the Message Boards. We are happy your mom recommended us and even more happy you have joined us.

Regarding your recipe entry...go to SparkRecipes.com, click on Recipe Calculator at the top menu bar, and follow the prompts. It's that easy. Spark will automatically produce all the nutritional facts for you. Be sure to enter what a serving size is: i.e. 3 oz or 1 cup.

After you have entered your recipe, stop by my SparkPage and leave me the name of the recipe in the comments section at the bottom of my page.

I encourage you to post often on the Message Boards, join SparkTeams that appeal to you, make lots of new SparkFriends and you'll be on your way. Wishing you great success in reaching your personal goals.

I am now a Sparkpeople member. I was on Weight Watchers and found myself more obsessed with eating than if I was not following anything. So my mom told me about Sparkpeople and here I am. I love to cook so making sauces and entrees from scratch is a must. With that said, how do I enter a recipe into the nutrition section? Weight Watchers had a section online where I could enter in all the ingredients and then the points value would appear for the recipe serving. Please help because it sucks entering everything in and trying to calulate how many cups of eggs I ate when the recipe is a serving for 6 and the recipe calls for 3 eggs.
