My SparkCoach suggested I post my fast break goals here, so here they are :o)
Eat 2 fruits or veggies each day : 1x / day
Play an active video game each day : 1x / day
Get 8 hours of sleep : 1x / day
I am excited about the video game goal. We just bought the XBox Kinect. Even though I am a huge gamer, I never used it as a fitness tool before, don't ask me why. This goal forced me to take a look at it. I did a demo of YourShape game last night, and really enjoyed it. I am going to buy the full version and I think I will get a lot out of it. So the SparkCoach program is already working for me and getting me to try some things I had not tried before.
