That's awesome that SparkCoach has encouraged you to reach beyond your current program. There are lots of people on here that use Wii or other gaming devices to help them get fit. There are even teams dedicated to them.
My SparkCoach suggested I post my fast break goals here, so here they are :o)
Eat 2 fruits or veggies each day : 1x / day Play an active video game each day : 1x / day Get 8 hours of sleep : 1x / day
I am excited about the video game goal. We just bought the XBox Kinect. Even though I am a huge gamer, I never used it as a fitness tool before, don't ask me why. This goal forced me to take a look at it. I did a demo of YourShape game last night, and really enjoyed it. I am going to buy the full version and I think I will get a lot out of it. So the SparkCoach program is already working for me and getting me to try some things I had not tried before.
