Hi! I discovered these videos on Youtube!!! It's a 90 days challenge, 35 minutes of workout (including warm-up and stretches) 5 days a week. I'm sure it will be a great way to start the New Year!!!
I'm starting january 6th and I created a Sparkteam to stay in touch with anyone doing the challenge along with me.
It's free and all you need is a mat, maybe some dumbbells and internet connexion (which you already have emoticon )
