frozen berries are great and so is frozen mango, and mango is super delicious!

I use Greek yogurt, a little almond (or skim) milk and whatever fruits I want. Sometimes I'll add in some ice, but not always. You can also try using frozen fruits to replace the ice as well.

I have never heard anyone else say they are allergic to bananas. Are you allergic to avacados? These allergies are related to latex allergies. You may not be deathly allergic, but chances are you have some form of the allergy. Sorry to ramble on.

I used to use silken tofu, until I got off soy. It is magical. Has no flavor. Silken tofu is sold in the aseptic boxes on the shelf. It makes a truly thick milkshake or smoothie.

I am allergic to bananas and want to try making smoothies for me and my family for breakfast on the go. What do you suggest as a thickener in place of bananas?
