Hi there! Yes, I love the Ballet Beautiful method- I currently only use the Total Body Blast (21012)- although I hear the original is great. Also, I hear good things about the live streaming class... honestly, you cant go wrong :) MHB will get you great results (I heart the arms sections).

I think almost all the workouts in the barre/ballet genre look like they are easy and when you actually do them, they feel so hard. Most make me shake! I think she has previews of all her workouts in her website that should help you choose what workout you like. https://www.balletbeautiful.com/

Regarding your tagline: There are no elevators in the house of success.
Reminds me of an Alaskan cruise my daughter & I went on 10 years ago with a group from Curves & I lost several pounds, one of the reasons being we NEVER took the elevator--up & down the stairs through the 13 decks! emoticon

I picked one up at Target on a whim (I also got a Coach Nicole DVD!) and I find it very interesting. The 'swan arms' work out specifically looks easy but is seriously intense. I was just curious if anyone else has done any of the Mary Helen Bowers BB series and if they would recommend one over the other.

Thanks!
