I never worry about that. I just cut up my melons and eat at random, through out the day. Just pick one measuring type and enjoy!

Cubed generally means like 1"x1" squares or even larger... whereas diced is smaller cubes... less than 1" square.

Your best bet is to weigh whatever shape you choose and get the nutritional information from that.

I can't imagine it makes a particle of difference to the nutritional value. Just be sure to enjoy the fruit :)

Fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, etc give you the option of balls, cubes, or diced. I see no discernible difference in the nutritional information. I am not sure if my preparation should be considered cubed, or diced.

Balls said the queen if I had two I would be king. (sorry old joke)
