I can't imagine it makes a particle of difference to the nutritional value. Just be sure to enjoy the fruit :)

Fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, etc give you the option of balls, cubes, or diced. I see no discernible difference in the nutritional information. I am not sure if my preparation should be considered cubed, or diced.
