For the first week or 2 I really had to ease in to Spark. Changing EVERYTHING at once can be overwhelming so I started out eating a little less here, a better choice there. That's ok to do. If I remember correctly yesterday you said you "went vegan overnight" - that's a HUGE change and if vegan is what you want to do, you may have to ease in to it and do some research as to feel full and also get all the nutrients you need. You don't have to do it overnight.
It sounds like you're already making smarter choices (and even if you picked a snack that's not "healthy", you still logged it and ate a reasonable amount!), just remember it's all a little bit at a time, and it's ok to have "bad" foods now and then, just do what you did where you're aware that you're only getting calories and no nutritional value from it.
One day at a time!
Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.
The best advise that I can give is to eat the lowest end of your calories at least. It is extremely important so that your body can get its proper nutrients.
I understand about not being hungry, but there is absolutely no nutritional value in a handful of skittles. Have an apple with some peanut butter, have some celery with PB, have a yougurt if you do dairy. Have some more fruit. have a few carrots. Maybe 1/2 a baked potato. Start exercising more. That will help with hunger too.
And if you think that eating the skittles is not bad, think again. Maybe it is in your calories, but if you are eating them to just boost up your calories-- there is something missing with that.
Determine what you really want. That is my other piece of advice. If your reasons are big enough, you can only succeed. (examples-- getting off meds, quality time with your family, etc)

so yesterday, was not too bad, but it got bad toward the end of the day into night, I think because I didnt have enough of nutrients I opted for a handful and a half of skittles. BTW, this isn't that bad because usually I would just eat em till I felt sick. I didnt go overboard on calories but it definately dented my nutrients
Today, I am under eating in calories cuz I just dont feel hungry and this is what happens to me every time I started spark (6x quitted and this time just starting) but I am trying. I logged in the foods I want to eat, but yesterday I did that and didnt stick to it. I just wasnt hungry but the skittles I caved in. also I wanted to stop eating at 7 pm that didnt happen. I chose better for that snack which was plain lowfat yogurt and honey and later at 11 a pear, so not too bad, it wasnt a family size doritos so far, so good
back to topic. today is not like yesterday, Not panicking just venting or searching for advice on stepping stones. I am hoping to stick with spark for 21 days today is day 2
If at first you don't succeed, just try, try and never give up
