You could also join the Great Sleep Challenge as well. It takes you through a week of getting your sleep in order. It was the FIRST thing I did when I joined the site. It's worth it!

Hey people...

Figuring out how this works n how to keep myself motivated to come here n punch in the details along with doing the real thing: SET UP MY LIFESTYLE!!

My major area of concern would be sleep right n well, eat right n well and exercise right and well and REGULARLY !!

Yeh if with all this worked out well, I get a toned body, I will simply love it !!
