There are a lot of articles on this site with great suggestions about getting to sleep a little easier. Do a quick search and see if any of them might be useful to you.

It's hard enough trying to manage what you eat when you're awake!

I feel so much better today, I did take a half of an Ambien in order to sleep, but what a difference a night's sleep can make in your attitude and outlook. I have energy and I feel human!!
I hope everyone can feel this good today!! emoticon emoticon

Balance is so important in life, weight loss, and over all good health. I've started Yoga and I love it, I don't relax easily and I lack the ability to focus for long so Yoga is helping me with these things.
I also have trouble sleeping and can't seem to find a way to do so naturely. I've taken Ambein for a long time but am now having issues with it. I get up and eat without knowing it. So my doctor has tries two other drugs that haven't worked for one reason or another. I've also increased my exercise daily hoping to wear myself out, but I still can't sleep. Once I do fall asleep I wake up often, usually 5-8 times so I'm obviously not getting proper rest. I have been able to take control of most other areas of my life, but a good nights rest would balance me daily. emoticon
