Steamed veggies, broiled or grilled meat.

It probably does not matter as long as it is not fried. There are many veggies you can broil, even fruits like nectarines, pear, etc. Asparagus is wonderful broiled. So whatever you choice is... baked or is a good choice.

Broiled or BBQ'd for meats.
Steamed for veg.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

When you fix meats/veggies, how do you prefer them???
