Yes, she shows modifications for all of the moves. So if you're doing lunges, for instance, one of the people in the video will do modified lunges and not come down as far. I think it should be pretty easy to follow.

Your title says bad knees, but your post says weak knees.
Which is it? as that can matter. With what exactly have you been diagnosed?

I'm very interested in Coach Nicole's Total Body Sculpting DVD, but I have weak knees.
I understand that there is a beginner example for all the moves. I quite often have to adjust movements on DVDs, but I wondered if the beginner level was easy on the knees or could I at least modify them easily?
I'm also interested in where to get it cheaply. Amazon has it for $8.48 right now, which I think is a great price.
