I would ask your doctor to be specific about what exercises are suggested and what you should avoid. In general, activities like swimming, biking, elliptical are all no or low impact, so you might want to ask if those are okay to try.

Hi all, Have just been told that I require a knee reconstruction, so am actively looking for an exercise program that w!ill still give me the exercise required but not too much stress on my leg. Thanks
